Rosuvastatin Tablets 20 mg, 40 mg is a statin (HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor), supplied as tablets.
Uses: Lowering of LDL cholesterol and triglycerides and reduction of cardiovascular risk.
Age group: Adults; paediatric use only under specialist supervision.
Usual dose: 5-40 mg once daily (usual start 5-10 mg; start 5 mg in Asian patients; 40 mg only under specialist supervision).
