Losartan + Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets is an angiotensin receptor blocker and thiazide diuretic combination, supplied as an oral dosage form (see pack).
Uses: Hypertension in patients not adequately controlled on a single agent.
Age group: Adults.
Usual dose: 1 tablet once daily; maximum dose 100 mg losartan + 25 mg hydrochlorothiazide per day.
