Linezolid Tablets 150 mg, 400 mg, 600 mg is an oxazolidinone antibiotic, supplied as tablets.
Uses: Pneumonia and complicated skin infections, including those caused by resistant Gram-positive bacteria such as MRSA and VRE.
Age group: Adults; children by weight as directed by a physician.
Usual dose: 600 mg every 12 hours for 10-14 days (up to 28 days for some resistant infections).
