Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg is an atypical antipsychotic, supplied as tablets.
Uses: Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (manic and depressive episodes) and as add-on therapy in major depressive disorder.
Age group: Adults; adolescent use under specialist supervision.
Usual dose: Schizophrenia: 300-450 mg per day; bipolar mania: up to 400-800 mg per day, titrated from 50 mg; usually in two divided doses.
