Sertraline Tablets 50 mg, 100 mg is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), supplied as tablets.
Uses: Major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, PTSD and social anxiety disorder.
Age group: Adults; children 6 years and above for OCD under specialist care.
Usual dose: Depression/OCD: 50 mg once daily (up to 200 mg); panic disorder/PTSD/social anxiety: start 25 mg once daily, then 50 mg.
