Uses: Sinusitis, otitis media, lower respiratory tract, urinary tract, and skin and soft tissue infections caused by susceptible organisms.
Age group: Adults and children weighing 40 kg or more.
Usual dose: 1 tablet (500 mg + 125 mg) every 8 hours for 5–14 days, depending on the infection.
