Artemether + Lumefantrine Dry Syrup is an artemisinin-based combination antimalarial, supplied as a dry syrup for reconstitution.
Uses: Treatment of acute uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria in infants and children, in an easy-to-reconstitute liquid form.
Age group: Infants and children weighing 5 kg or more.
Usual dose: Six-dose, 3-day regimen by body-weight band as per the product label, taken with food or milk.
Note: Prescription medicine – dose and duration must be decided by a qualified healthcare professional; refer to the approved package insert. Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight; shake well before use. Keep out of reach of children.
