Artemether + Lumefantrine Tablets 120 mg, 20/120 mg, 40/240 mg, 80/480 mg is an artemisinin-based combination antimalarial, supplied as tablets.
Uses: Treatment of acute uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria in adults and children.
Age group: Adults and children weighing 5 kg or more.
Usual dose: Six-dose, 3-day regimen taken at 0, 8, 24, 36, 48 and 60 hours. For the 20/120 mg tablet: 5-14 kg: 1 tablet per dose; 15-24 kg: 2; 25-34 kg: 3; 35 kg and above: 4. Take with food or milk.
