Uses: Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcers and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
Age group: Adults; children by weight under physician guidance.
Usual dose: 20 mg once daily before breakfast for 4-8 weeks; Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: higher doses as directed.
