Uses: Smoking cessation in adults, as part of a support programme.
Age group: Adults (18 years and above).
Usual dose: Days 1-3: 0.5 mg once daily; days 4-7: 0.5 mg twice daily; from day 8: 1 mg twice daily for 12 weeks.
